膩子打磨粗
Putty polished roughly
現象：膩子批刮成活后，打磨砂痕粗。
Phenomenon: After the putty is scraped alive in batches, the abrasive marks are rough.
緣由：1、磨料太粗。
Reasons: 1. Abrasives are too coarse.
2、膩子被混入其它物質。
2. Putty is mixed with other substances.
3、膩子未干。
3. Putty is not dry.
4、耐水膩子枯燥太快，保濕時間短，未到達正常粘結強度。
4. Water-resistant putty is too dry and fast, and its moisturizing time is too short to reach the normal bonding strength.
預防：1、選用360#--600#砂紙砂磨.。
Prevention: 1. Choose 360 # - 600 # sandpaper grinding.
2、膩子分配時只需加水.。
2. When putty is distributed, only water is needed.
3、砂磨時,膩子應干到八成以上。
3. When sanding, putty should be dried up to more than 80%.
4、施工時應依據環境氣候適度控制膩子的枯燥時間。

整改：用較細砂紙修磨或上過底漆后用底漆配滑石粉刮補。
Rectification: grinding with fine sandpaper or scraping with primer and talc powder.
顏色不一
Different colors
現象：膩子施工后，外表有色差或色斑。
Phenomenon: After putty construction, there are color differences or spots on the surface.
緣由：1、運用了不同型號或批次的產品會有細微色差。
Reasons: 1. Products of different models or batches will have slight color difference.
2、基層未處置好，滲色。
2. The grass-roots units are not disposed of properly and seepage.
3、膩子中混入其它物質，配比或攪拌不平均。
3. Putty mixed with other substances, the mixing ratio or stirring is uneven.
4、被污染，如噴漆，滲水，油煙等。
4. Contaminated, such as spray paint, water seepage, soot, etc.
預防：1、壓光膩子表層應選用同型號同批次產品。
Prevention: 1. Calendering putty surface should choose the same model and batch products.
2、對基層污漬必需肅清或封鎖處置，接縫王要待干透后刷耐黃變封鎖底漆。暴露金屬要做防銹處置。

3、施工時要留意現場防護。
